Remote Learning - Reading Challenge

Tom has been busy completing his Reading Challenge for week 2. Have a look at Tom's Maui artwork from the book 'How Maui Slowed the Sun' and his letter to the Red Crayon from the book 'The Day the Crayons Quit'.

Dear red crayon,

I do not want you to quit because I always use you in my drawings. I never want you to leave. You are the only  crayon that I can use for apples, love hearts, Santa and even fire trucks. Thank you for being the hardest worker in the crayon box. You are my favourite colouring in pencil. I will try and not use you as much.
